About the Event
Through an online portal I deliver weekly training modules to dancers around the world that include:
- 1 Dance Tutorial
- 1 Dance Challenge
- Journal Prompt Questions
*Topic examples: self-confidence vs. self-esteem, boundaries, goals, gratitude, self-care, reasons vs. excuses, social media & mental health etc..
Days 1 - 6 dancers have the freedom to complete their tasks at their own pace, with the ability to submit their videos of choreography & challenges on DAY 6 by 8pm EST for 1:1 feedback!
Day 7 is our full “cast” rehearsal through Zoom consisting of performance, freestyling, workout, individual journal prompt discussion and my keynotes with mindset tools on the weekly topic.
This program was created with the intention to fit into every dancers personal and professional schedules!
