DANCE & SELF-DISCOVERY FOCUSED WORKSHOP. This level is for dancers who have some previous experience dancing in heels. First module drops WEDNESDAY JUNE 30th, 2021. First online rehearsal is WEDNESDAY JULY 7th, 2021.

About the Event
Through an online portal I deliver weekly training modules to women around the world that include:
- 1 Dance Tutorial
- 1 Dance Challenge
- Journal Prompt Questions
*Previous topics: self-confidence, self-esteem, boundaries, social media v& mental health, goals, feminine & masculine energy and many more!
ONCE THE MODULE DROPS:
Days 1 - 6 dancers have the freedom to complete their tasks at their own pace, with the ability to submit their videos of choreography & challenges on Tuesdays by 8pm EST for 1:1 feedback!
Day 7 is our full “cast" rehearsal through Zoom consisting of dancing, a workout, technique, journal prompt discussion and mindset tools.
This program was created with the intention to fit into every dancers personal and professional schedules!
